Gen AI Training Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gen AI Training Lead to build and standardize training programs across delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project-specific training kits, including SOPs, decks, demos, and calibration exercises
• Partner with Solutions Architects and Delivery leads to translate client goals into actionable team training protocols
• Facilitate internal onboarding sessions and collaborate with clients on training alignment

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in L&D, GenAI operations, data labeling, or project enablement roles
• Deep understanding of generative AI data workflows (e.g., RLHF, data curation, evaluation)
• Proven experience creating scalable training content and onboarding processes
• Experience interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Skilled at working across global teams and time zones
