A company is looking for a Genesys Cloud Engineer (Lead Role).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration to Genesys Cloud
- Design detailed solutions for call routing, IVR, WEM, QM, and QA
- Integrate with SSO, Afiniti, knowledgebase, and reporting tools
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Genesys Cloud implementations
- Strong understanding of contact center technologies
- Experience with integrations and solution design
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must be located in the US or Canada
