A company is looking for a Genesys Cloud Engineer (Lead Role).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration to Genesys Cloud
• Design detailed solutions for call routing, IVR, WEM, QM, and QA
• Integrate with SSO, Afiniti, knowledgebase, and reporting tools

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Genesys Cloud implementations
• Strong understanding of contact center technologies
• Experience with integrations and solution design
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must be located in the US or Canada
