Job Summary

A company is looking for a Substation and Transmission Engineering Consultant 2 - Grid.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project teams for the design and analysis of high voltage substations
• Coordinate detailed design phases and ensure project quality, timelines, and budgets are met
• Prepare technical reports and perform reviews of engineering work performed by others

Required Qualifications

• BS degree from an ABET-accredited program
• 10+ years of experience in high voltage utility project design and management
• Specific experience in Project Management of Utility Transmission or Substation projects
• Knowledge of engineering standards such as NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEC, IEEE, and ANSI
• Experience with various project contract arrangements, including EPC and Owners Engineer
