Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven experience developing solutions within Genesys Cloud Services, focusing on IVR, chatbots, or voicebots
• Strong understanding of conversational design and ability to translate user needs into call flows
• Experience integrating Genesys solutions with external APIs, CRMs, and enterprise systems
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms and secure data handling practices
• Bachelor's degree
