Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Health Plan Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and coordinates operations for Medicaid, CHIP, Marketplace, MMP, and Medicare lines of business
• Oversees Claims Operations, Enrollment, and Contact Center Operations to ensure compliance and improve service quality
• Develops member retention strategies and manages the Member Stakeholder Experience team initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Services Administration, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in Healthcare Administration, Managed Care, and/or Provider Services
• 3-5 years of experience with CHIP Operations and Prompt Pay laws
• Proven leadership experience in managing and supervising employees
• Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to change and new ideas
