Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grassroots Manager to plan and execute grassroots advocacy programs in Idaho.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement grassroots strategies and advocacy campaigns
• Attract, train, and manage volunteers for grassroots activities
• Drive volunteer fundraising efforts and support fundraising events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with three to five years of relevant work experience
• Political issue or campaign organizing experience preferred
• Experience in attracting and engaging volunteers is preferred
• Fundraising experience is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce or Every Action is a plus
