Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to support its fast-growing US business in Atlanta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and third-party agreements with customers, vendors, and partners
• Provide timely legal advice and analysis on commercial law, contract interpretation, and healthcare compliance regulations
• Assist with corporate-level initiatives and other assigned duties

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the employee's state of residence
• 2 - 5 years of legal experience as a commercial transactions attorney, preferably in the medical device and healthcare software sectors
• Experience as in-house counsel or with a law firm supporting an internal sales organization is preferred
