Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Global Intellectual Property.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global IP team, driving strategic IP management
• Ensure freedom to operate in newly developed solar technologies and protect new inventions
• Oversee patent portfolio management and support licensing and enforcement activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or Technology (Advanced degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in industrial IP management, focusing on patents
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a technical or IP/legal field
• Deep understanding of patent law and IP portfolio management, particularly in the EU and US markets
• Proven leadership experience in a global company, coordinating activities across international teams
