Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Contract Manager to manage contracts for the sale and distribution of digital and print products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the sales team to align contract strategies with business objectives
• Drafts and negotiates contracts, addendums, and amendments for higher education products and services
• Identifies potential risks and proposes strategies to mitigate them in contract relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or related fields; Master's preferred
• A minimum of 7 years of contract management experience
• Strong understanding of contract construction and intellectual property rights
• Working knowledge of federal and state data privacy regulations
• Experience in the publishing, SaaS products, or education industry is a plus
