A company is looking for a Contract Attorney specializing in Technology and Infrastructure contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology and infrastructure contracts
• Provide transactional legal support for technology infrastructure initiatives
• Collaborate with in-house counsel and business stakeholders to deliver timely solutions

Required Qualifications

• US-based Attorney with JD and Bar Licensure in at least one state
• 2-6 years of experience in transactional legal work, preferably in technology transactions
• Prior in-house, managed services, or law firm experience with technology clients preferred
• Availability to cover Pacific Time zone required
