Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Counsel for a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise business teams on legal, regulatory, and contractual matters
• Manage, structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Identify and explain non-standard terms and associated risks to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Active member of a US State Bar
• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• 10+ years of legal experience in consumer financial services and technology contracting
• Working knowledge of relevant financial services and data privacy laws
• Detail-oriented with project and people management skills
