Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants & Contracts Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts and grants from inception through termination, including proposal development, review, and compliance verification
  • Negotiate and manage post-award amendments, agreements, and financial representations for projects
  • Provide superior customer service and subject matter expertise to internal and external contacts regarding grants and contracts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and four years of relevant experience, or seven years of experience in grants and contracts administration
  • Certification from the Society of Research Administrators (CRA) with five years of experience is acceptable
  • In-depth understanding of applicable guidance documents and regulations related to sponsored projects
  • Advanced knowledge of budgeting principles and procedures
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
