Grants Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a resource on grantor regulations and policies, ensuring compliance with federal and state updates
• Develop and implement compliance training for staff and modify policies/procedures as needed
• Coordinate internal self-audits and assist in grant proposal development to ensure alignment with requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in federal grant compliance oversight
• 2+ years of experience in audit oversight or risk management
• Expert-level knowledge of federal grant requirements and compliance
• 4-year degree in business, law, public administration, or related fields; advanced degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
