Licensed Case Manager Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAIL Case Manager Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the SAIL case management team, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Monitors performance and provides feedback, evaluations, and coaching to SAIL case managers
• Conducts regular audits and case reviews to ensure compliance with Navy standards and ethical guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology
• Current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license for independent practice in relevant fields
• Two years of full-time clinical experience post-independent licensure or certification
• At least five years of specialized experience in providing clinical counseling supervision
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
