Job Summary

A company is looking for a Liability Litigation Claims Examiner with premise liability and litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Litigation experience required
• Adjuster license is required as a condition of employment
