Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in a non-profit organization working with federal grants
• Experience with federal non-profit budget management and GAAP standards
• Prior staff management experience
• Familiarity with federal and foundation funding arrangements
