Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to ensure award management and compliance
- Create standard operating procedures for the grant management team

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in a non-profit organization working with federal grants
- Experience with federal non-profit budget management and GAAP standards
- Prior staff management experience
- Familiarity with federal and foundation funding arrangements
