Construction Accounting Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller, Outsourced Accounting for Construction Industry Clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a remote accounting team and oversee job profitability and budgets
• Serve as the primary contact for construction client engagements and provide advisory services
• Review financial statements and manage the accounting period close for clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• 8+ years of full cycle accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience with accounting software such as Netsuite, Yardi, and QuickBooks Online preferred
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred but not required
