Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Rep, Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the A/R team and assist in meeting service and production goals
• Monitor associates' performance and provide feedback, training, and motivation
• Process Medicare claims, including remittance posting and resolving denials

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years' experience in insurance billing and processing claims preferred
• 3+ years' experience with Medicare claims and insurance verification preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of insurance portals and medical terminology
• Proficiency in basic math and business calculations
