Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Director, Paid Search to lead and drive growth in the paid search department.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee SEM channel specialists and manage direct client partnerships, including contract negotiations and client onboarding
- Develop and present paid search and organic strategy to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with performance goals
- Lead team growth through training, mentorship, and operationalizing processes across a hybrid working model
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Paid Search
- Experience managing Paid Search budgets of at least $1MM+ in monthly ad spend
- Recent experience optimizing LLMs across paid and organic search
- 5+ years of management experience with at least 3 direct reports at the Associate Director level or above
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
