Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Director, Paid Search to lead and optimize its paid search department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SEM specialists and account leads, overseeing client partnerships and contract negotiations
- Drive paid search strategy, innovation, and performance improvements while presenting strategies to clients and stakeholders
- Manage team growth, training, and mentorship while fostering a collaborative and engaging team culture
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Paid Search
- Experience managing Paid Search budgets of at least $1MM+ monthly
- 5+ years of management experience with at least 3 direct reports at the Associate Director level or above
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Recent experience optimizing to LLMs across paid and organic search
