Key Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle program strategy and execution, including automated onboarding, re-engagement, and retention journeys
- Lead marketing ops infrastructure and tooling, managing campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and experimentation frameworks
- Analyze campaign and lifecycle performance and deliver actionable insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing
- Deep proficiency with marketing automation platforms like Iterable, HubSpot, or Braze
- Experience building and managing complex lifecycle journeys and operational workflows
- Familiarity with CRM and customer data platform integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Segment)
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
