Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Growth Consultant - User Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize mobile-first user acquisition campaigns across key platforms
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve ROAS, CPA, and CPI goals
• Guide app-marketing clients with clear strategies and insights, while mentoring junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in user acquisition with expertise in at least two major performance marketing channels
• Deep understanding of measurement and attribution tools, including incrementality testing and multi-touch attribution
• Proven success in scaling campaigns across multi-national markets, particularly focused on US audiences
• Experience managing campaigns for key performance metrics, showcasing results through testing and optimization
• Ability to conceptualize and automate campaign workflows using automation tools and martech platforms
