Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive top-of-the-funnel growth and support sales enablement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns to fill the top and middle of the funnel
- Build and iterate on the growth playbook, including HubSpot workflows and lead scoring rules
- Guide content strategy and collaborate with Sales on campaign calendars and feedback loops
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience driving demand for a B2B SaaS product
- Proficient in HubSpot or a similar MAP/CRM and comfortable with Google Analytics
- Experience in writing audience-first copy and publishing in a CMS
- Ability to think scientifically and conduct experiments with data analysis
- Experience collaborating with Sales and understanding customer objections
