Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute growth marketing experiments to drive pipeline for the Commercial sales team

Required Qualifications
- 4-year undergraduate degree from a top school, preferably in a quantitative or business-oriented field
- 2-5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing at a fast-paced startup
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and manage initiatives from concept to execution
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate outcomes and inform decisions
- Project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
