Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Engineer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship growth experiments across onboarding, pricing, referrals, and more
• Improve the performance of the self-serve funnel via frontend and backend changes
• Collaborate on A/B tests, analytics instrumentation, and campaign landing pages

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of software engineering experience in complex production environments
• Comfortable working across the stack, with adaptability to different programming languages
• Experience building for growth, including funnels and growth-focused features
• Data-driven mindset with a hypothesis-driven approach
• Available to start quickly and commit full-time for 3 months
