A company is looking for a Growth Engineer to drive adoption of their cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, release, and maintain Grafana plugins using TypeScript and React.js
• Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to enhance business outcomes
• Collaborate with various teams to improve user experiences and product data flows

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with on-platform growth and experimentation
• Expertise in single-page applications and REST/API services
• Proficiency in TypeScript, ES6+, and modern CSS
• Strong product management skills, including spec writing and data analysis
• Experience in delivering projects from concept to customer delivery
