Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Growth Manager, Performance Creative to lead creative ideation and execution across growth channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a creative testing roadmap focused on performance KPIs such as new customer acquisition and CAC
- Lead cross-functional brainstorms to generate creative ideas based on customer insights and platform trends
- Collaborate with various teams to create and launch high-performing creative assets across multiple platforms
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, creative strategy, or paid media, preferably in a DTC or consumer subscription business
- Hands-on expertise in Meta and a proven track record of driving growth through audience segmentation and ad formats
- Strong creative strategist with the ability to turn insights into effective concepts for direct response marketing
- Data-savvy and comfortable interpreting performance metrics to inform creative decisions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
