AI Growth Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Growth Engineer - GTM Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy NLP pipelines using LLMs to analyze call transcripts for insights
• Operationalize AI outputs by triggering real-time alerts to enhance productivity
• Design and maintain an experimentation platform for A/B testing outbound campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs or vector search in business workflows, preferably in GTM or RevOps
• Familiarity with GTM systems such as Clay, Outreach, Salesforce, and Marketo
• Hands-on experience with NLP pipelines or prompt engineering
• Ability to design AI-driven workflows that bridge data and activation layers
• A builders/ownership mindset with a willingness to innovate
