Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst V to join their marketing department supporting developers in the Metaverse ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention
• Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns and referral programs to attract new players
• Identify and track key metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) for campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product management, or user acquisition roles
• Hands-on experience with online data analytics platforms and A/B testing frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative strategies for problem-solving
• Deep understanding of user engagement and loyalty drivers
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
