Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute customer lifecycle email campaigns and lead-nurturing automation sequences
- Own full-funnel optimization and execute sales enablement initiatives to support lead generation
- Manage technical implementations and optimize multi-channel campaigns focused on customer journey progression
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-funnel marketing, email marketing, or customer lifecycle management in a PLG SaaS environment
- Proven experience driving revenue through customer onboarding, nurturing, and expansion programs
- Strong technical skills with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Data-driven approach with experience in funnel and cohort analysis
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
