Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in website performance or conversion optimization
- Proven track record of improving web conversion and pipeline generation
- Deep understanding of website analytics and CRO tools
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with external vendors
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
