Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Marketing & GTM Associate to join their commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and distribute thought leadership content
• Run LinkedIn ad campaigns and other growth experiments
• Support sales enablement with customer-facing materials and monitoring inbound opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or GTM-related roles (B2B startups preferred)
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, including campaign setup and optimization
• Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or Clay is a plus
