Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Marketing Product Manager to drive the strategy, implementation, and delivery of new products and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of 4-6 product or promotional launches per quarter through Agile practices and structured project management
- Define and manage 200+ offer variables per launch, aligning across business, technology, and customer impact dimensions
- Translate business needs into actionable, user-centered technical requirements for IT, and manage them through the full delivery lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-8+ years of product management, marketing operations, or offer execution experience in media, telco, or tech environments
- Experience managing technical and marketing requirements for large-scale product or promotional launches
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools; PI Planning experience highly desirable
- Experience with offer and pricing configuration in systems such as C3, STMS, Enabler, OMS, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms
