Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a global team of marketing automation specialists to enable campaign execution across multiple regions
- Oversee the strategy and operations for marketing automation platforms, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Develop and execute email automation programs and optimize audience segmentation and lead scoring models
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in digital operations for multi-channel campaign execution
- 7+ years of experience in driving customer engagement through marketing automation programs
- Deep expertise in Adobe Marketo Engage, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce CRM
- Experience managing a global team and vendor relationships in the marketing automation space
- Proven ability to scale lead nurture programs and manage complex system integrations
