A company is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to oversee creative production across its global brand and content team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the connector between stakeholders, creatives, and deliverables while managing day-to-day creative production operations
- Own the project lifecycle from kickoff to completion, ensuring timelines, status tracking, and approvals are met
- Facilitate weekly standups and maintain documentation for project management systems and creative operations best practices
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of project management or traffic coordination experience in a marketing, creative, or agency environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
- Proven experience with project management systems, particularly Asana
- Deep knowledge of creative production processes, including graphic design and video production
- Ability to manage fast-paced, deadline-driven workflows across distributed teams
