Key Responsibilities
- Provide performance reports and data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization
- Own campaign strategy development, execution, and performance measurement
- Drive the development and execution of lifecycle campaigns to enhance conversion and acquisition
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in business-to-consumer email marketing or lifecycle marketing
- 3+ years developing lifecycle/CRM engagement programs
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting
- Strong data analysis skills with knowledge of business intelligence systems
- Understanding of regulatory and privacy requirements (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CPPA)
