- Proficiency in ESP/Marketing Automation platforms, with Braze or Iterable preferred
- Experience in data analysis and program measurement, with SQL proficiency preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with basic HTML and data visualization tools like Tableau
