Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of TikTok Shop to lead a new services team focused on managing TikTok Shop for consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive GMV growth for clients while leading a team of brand managers
- Oversee the execution of creator and affiliate strategies, including creator recruitment and performance optimization
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic insights and innovative approaches to maximize GMV
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or DTC, with at least 2 years in social commerce
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop operations and growth for a minimum of 1 year
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, including technical knowledge of shop setup and product listing optimization
- Experience leading and growing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data analytics capabilities and experience with TikTok's analytics tools
