Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the full-funnel growth strategy, including campaign management and budget allocation
- Launch and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads
- Oversee HubSpot operations, including reporting and analytics, to connect marketing efforts to revenue outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, particularly in B2B SaaS
- Experience in healthcare, AI, or complex enterprise sales cycles
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including campaign creation and lead scoring
- Strong background in running multi-channel campaigns and optimizing for metrics like CAC and CPL
- Analytical mindset with experience in using BI tools to derive actionable insights
