Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to execute and optimize key marketing initiatives that drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, META, and other relevant channels to maximize ROI
- Own the planning, scheduling, and execution of the social media calendar, ensuring alignment with broader marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on paid media and social campaign performance; make recommendations for ongoing improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in growth and/or digital performance marketing, with proven success managing paid campaigns
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, META Ads, Display/Programmatic and other paid platforms
- Strong understanding of social media strategy and execution in a B2B environment
- Experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce (or similar platforms)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize performance
