Key Responsibilities
- Build, QC, and execute high complexity brand omnichannel programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ensure timely and error-free implementation, testing, and QA of marketing campaigns
- Monitor email deliverability and provide recommendations for optimization and issue resolution
Qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
- 5-8 years of experience in Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, and Direct Mail
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience creating marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency with MS Excel, SQL, and HTML/CSS
