Head of Agentic AI Consulting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Agentic AI Consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year roadmap for the Agentic AI Consulting Practice, including the full-stack agentic lifecycle
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Agent Product Managers, Sales Engineers, and Technical Project Managers
• Engage with clients to design and deploy multi-agent systems that integrate with existing platforms and APIs

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling a technology practice or product, delivering AI or automation solutions to enterprise clients
• Deep knowledge of the AI agent ecosystem and experience deploying Agentic AI solutions
• Expertise in designing evaluation and observability frameworks for monitoring agent performance
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse technical and non-technical teams
• Strong foundation in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience in a technical role
