Key Responsibilities
- Develop and scale an Account-Based Marketing program to grow pipeline and bookings
- Build and operationalize personalized multichannel programs across various digital platforms
- Lead a team of demand generation professionals, establishing KPIs and development goals
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in the workplace learning and development market
- Proven experience designing and scaling ABM programs for complex enterprise sales cycles
- Deep experience with marketing technologies, including ABM platforms, HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Experience in growth-stage software companies with a hands-on leadership approach
- A passion for testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement
