Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience, with 2+ years managing messaging platforms
• Experience leading community-based moderators or similar roles
• Deep understanding of DAO culture and governance processes
• Familiarity with DeFi, interop solutions, oracles, and prediction markets is a significant plus
