Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Transactional Communications to drive consumer-triggered campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all transactional communications, including email, SMS, and push notifications
- Develop and manage customer journeys for transactional communications from ideation to optimization
- Analyze performance data to define goals, benchmarks, and KPIs, and continuously optimize campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in an email or CRM role with hands-on experience in transactional communication campaigns
- Expertise with enterprise-level ESPs, particularly Iterable or Customer.io
- Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing, and analytics tools; experience with Looker preferred
- Experience with testing protocols and strong analytical skills to inform strategy and recommendations
