Key Responsibilities
- Lead engagement marketing to enhance early-lifecycle conversion and customer lifetime value
- Drive conversion rate optimization through testing and implementation of marketing initiatives
- Own customer engagement metrics and collaborate with other functions to achieve goals
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer lifecycle management and conversion rate optimization
- Experience in growth-stage pre-IPO tech-enabled consumer businesses is a plus
- Fintech or banking experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in data analysis using SQL or Python
- Undergraduate degree required; master's degree preferred
