A company is looking for a VP of Performance Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the paid media performance marketing strategy, focusing on scalable growth through Paid Search and Paid Social
- Lead planning cycles for media strategy and performance forecasting in collaboration with the executive team
- Build and improve scalable systems and processes for the Paid Media teams, ensuring effective execution and alignment with client outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 6+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing over $10M in monthly media spend across Search and Social platforms
- Experience in scaling and leading multi-disciplinary teams of 30-50+ members
- Strong background in building scalable systems and organizational structures
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor mid-managers and directors
