Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering (Insurance).

Key Responsibilities

• Build the vision and roadmap for the Insurance Engineering group, driving company-level objectives
• Lead and scale multiple engineering pods, ensuring alignment across processes, architecture, and products
• Develop and mentor engineering managers and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an engineering leader, including managing managers
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer with a strong technical foundation
• Ability to oversee both high-level strategic views and detailed technical challenges
• Strong product mindset with a history of building cross-functional relationships
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
