Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in applied AI, NLP, or ML engineering, with 2+ years focused on LLMs and related techniques
• Deep familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and production deployment
• Experience with RAG pipelines, semantic search, and modern ML frameworks
• Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud environments for AI/ML workloads
