A company is looking for a Head of Engineering (work-from-home).

Key Responsibilities

• Support and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
• Implement effective performance metrics and guide the team to deliver consistent, high-quality results
• Contribute to technical decisions, ensuring the right balance between feature development and system improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in software development and experience in a leadership role
• Experience in a SaaS startup environment preferred
• Proven track record of remote leadership and async communication
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide technical decisions
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical education is a nice-to-have
